Cleaning & Housekeeping :
Prior to your arrival, the apartment is professionally cleaned. The tenant is responsible to hand it over reasonably clean. If not, the amount required to clean the apartment will be deduced from the security deposit, as described in the specific terms and conditions.
For a rental period greater than one week, we offer an optional weekly housekeeping service, charged on time spent or fixed amount. You only have to mention your wish when arriving.

Sheets & Towels :
Weekly rental includes supply of fresh linens, such as sheets, towels, dishcloths, table cloth. For a greater period of time, we offer to replace them once a week, this service will be charged around 50 Euros. Thank you to mention you wish when arriving.

Telephone :
All apartments have a telephone allowing free incoming calls. To make phone calls, you will need a prepaid telephone card or a calling card (available in any France Telecom agency, post office, tobacco shops, etc.).

Television :
All apartments have a TV set, and most of them are connected to cable TV, granting access to more than 40 national and international channels.

Internet :
All apartments connected to cable TV offer unlimited access to high-speed internet if you bring your portable PC and if it has a RJ-45 network plug. Some apartments have a PC.
