We will hold the reservation during 10 days, and will send you the rental contract by e-mail together with the payment conditions.

The reservation is confirmed once the reservation payment is received.

A few days before your arrival date, we kindly ask you to send us your precise arrival time, with flight or train data if applicable, either to get you at the airport or train station if you chose the taxi service, or to wait for you in the apartment to give you the keys.

You will find below the specific terms and conditions which will form the rental contract. We also recommend to check the General Terms & Conditions available in the main right menu.

In case of any question do not hesitate to ask them in your message, as well as anytime after.

SPECIFIC RENTAL CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

STAY DURATION
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. the first rental day.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. the last rental day.
If the apartment is not occupied before or after, these times can be flexible.

RENT
The full amount is due when entering the apartment.

CHARGES & TAXES
The amount for charges and taxes is included into the rental amount, so are commissions to intermediaries if applicable. The rent includes a fixed amount for electricity corresponding to a normal use of all electrical appliances including heating, i.e. 25kWh per day. In case of significantly exceeding this amount, the difference will be charged (0,2€/kWh) and deducted from the security deposit before refund.

RESERVATION
The tenant pays the amount of ………… Euros, corresponding to 50% of the total rental amount.
This amount is a booking payment and will be deducted from the total rental amount to be paid when entering the apartment.
The reservation becomes effective when the booking payment is received.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
When entering the apartment and receiving the keys, the tenant will pay as security deposit the amount of ……… Euros. This amount is equivalent to the rent value for stay duration up to one month, and one month rent if greater.

INSURANCE
The tenant should insure the apartment against rental risks (theft, fire, explosion, water damages, broken window, etc.).

CLEANING
The apartment must be returned clean, in the same state as found at the arrival day. If not, the required time to clean the apartment will be charge at the hourly rate of 22 Euros, taxes included, with a minimum of 50 Euros, and deducted from the security deposit before refund.
